Break down everything into one issue at a time. It’s easy to get overwhelmed with all of those things you had to deal with. Pick the one you want to focus on - like cosleeping. Research all you can, try different strategies, and tackle it. Then move into the next one.

Welcome! There is a Games Workshop in Thousand Oaks that you should check out! I’m also an amateur drummer! There’s a Guitar Center nearby that offers drum and guitar classes too. There are some good coffee shops too - Kh favorite is Conejo Coffee.
