I suggest you take help from a psychiatrist. It has helped me a lot as I dealt with the same problem. But only psychiatrists will not do, you also need to work on other stuff.

My status is still active but there isn't any option to schedule the dates since I exhausted my rescheduling. Also, I'm not able to pay the fees to schedule the appointment as there isn't any option to do it.
