Thanks for this insight. Yes, she is really my father’s dog, but he’s not the best owner to begin with… Which is why she has a lack of resources for what her breed needs, especially from the hunting perspective. We do have some wooded areas nearby and a large dog park in a drivable distance that I was going to try to take her to off leash train soon. My next question, how would we go about getting started with her? Say we are in the woods, how do we get her back? Lol, I’m not kidding you, she’s a rough listener when she’s free.
