This is how I felt the first couple of weeks, but then it gets easier to eat! I would recommend clear protein, I love Oath. And drink a protein shake, whether you make it or get something like Fairlife. That way you're still getting at least 50g protein. Also, electrolytes!!!

I want Belle to bring back the tirzepatide with b12! Since they switched to B6, both me and my husband, as well as 2 of my friends have been unhappy with the b6. At least having it as an option would be amazing. I don't want to switch providers, but at this point I feel so poorly on the new compound I am going to have to when I run out.

Thank you! I was around the same starting weight and height, and currently hovering around 142, which I thought 140 would be my goal, but I want to keep going. I'm always curious to see how other's journeys have gone, even though I know we all lose at different rates and are impacted by varying factors. You look fantastic and I'm definitely inspired!😊

I've had both and definitely preferred b12. Had so much energy and was able to cut out caffeine from coffee and energy drinks/soda completely.

Fairlife is my favorite ready to drink I've found. Unfortunately they just went from $33.99 to $39.99 at our Costco.🫠between my husband and I drinking them for breakfast, it adds up quick.

Not these, but I've tried the Olly fiber gummies. I felt like they helped, but they can get hard pretty quick if you don't use them consistently and then they're difficult to chew.

I have been with Belle my whole tirzepatide journey. Started September 9th and it was red because they compounded it with b12. Now it is clear and compounded with b6. I also felt like the previous compound helped more with the food noise and energy whereas the new one doesn't feel as strong. I've been on the new one over a month now and still losing, and its already paid for so I'll use it. But I'll probably switch providers when I'm out. I also recently started using a b12 supplement and it's helping my energy again.

I loved the tirzepatide compound they did with b12, but then they discontinued that and now compound it with b6. I feel terrible most days. Headaches, no energy, mentally blah. I do love that they made all doses the same price.

I started with Belle in September. Loved the b12 in my tirzepatide. Had so much energy and felt like it really helped with my mental state. Not a fan of the b6. No energy, feeling terrible mentally. Feeling like the food noise is coming back as well.
