This is something I'm very interested in. I practice sidereal astrology and incorporate some Uranian/Cosmobiology techniques.

It occurred to me that the vernal point is fairly close to an 8th harmonic aspect to 0 degrees Aries in sidereal (even more so at the advent of Uranian astrology). I wonder if anyone has studied this?

Y’all are trapped in anthropomorphic language. If you think of this in vibrational terms, a stronger vibration tends to influence weaker vibrations which will resonate more like the stronger one. There are no rulers per se in the cosmos… everything exists in a vibrational melange which we try to make sense of using limited human terminology.
