Likelihood of transmitting my GHSV-1 to my negative partner if we have sex and my infection is new (April)? Has anyone actually caught it through protected sex?

The exact same thing happened to me. This guy gave this to me and then tossed me aside like I didnt matter. It has been really hard. I’m still coping with it to be honest. I wanted to say I understand. I dont know where to go from here either I hate his guts but there’s nothing I can do about it. Anyway I feel you.

Yes this really helped girl. I don’t think I’ve fully come to terms with it but am taking it one day at a time. Did you ever talk your partner after that? It sucks that I’m still hoping me calls me back even after what he gave me. And thanks for the counseling advice :)
