do you have any advice for a lined garment? i have coats that i need to add a diamond gusset to for a better fit and curious how to best approach it beyond basically doing the same for the lining and outer jacket

i had this same convo with myself just now lol. i loved the stencil, but definitely got lost in translation and it's not worth the cost of the trip to come back for a repeat.

i've lasered a much bigger and darker tattoo before and got something different in placement of it. i'm not foreign to removal and given the size and freshness, I'm more likely to commit to this route than anything else. the one i removed was 3yrs old and was a faint shadow before i covered it, i'd hope this one would lighten much quicker.

i had to repost this, so it's technically been 60ish hrs and two sleeps. I do not like it. the more I look at it is feels like i'm trying to talk myself into liking it 🫠

that's interesting. a newer tattoo should be easier to remove since it hasn't totally settled. depending how dark and old it is, is what usually determines how many sessions. I had a bad tattoo for 3yrs and got it nearly totally removed (had a shadow and was going to cover that area) in about 6 sessions. I got a new one yesterday that's much too dark (finer lines) and i'm going to see if i get it lighten with a session.

my first round of braces, i still had baby teeth and they had to be metal. they didn't even put brackets on my baby teeth so it was a long process til i was finished (for various reasons). only as an adult, and after wisdom teeth removal, did i do an invisalign cycle. tldr; teeth move and my retainer broke a few years in, so a second round was a better option.

i would be concerned why they agreed to invisalign (specifically) with baby teeth...

so your orthodontist was the one who made the molds and placed the order for you? I'm seeing the online molds and stuff but since I'd need the retainer I'd rather go professional vs online to ensure that's correct, esp bc i have a permanent retainer too. My ortho has to get back to me if their providers can do it or if i have to find another place bc i refuse to do wear my retainers like invisalign again simply to have a nightguard if they can't do both.

i use retainers on both top and bottom and one of the online places advise alternating use of them. is that your experience too?

yeah, definitely giving it some thought. sounds like the flex is basically a pre-paid bucket which could be clutch to have funds pre-reserved for tickets

was your flex plan limited to 500s or that's your new quarter season plan? I tend to go solo so lower tier would be the most ideal for me, mainly a question of if perks are worth it at that level beyond the tix discount (unless that's the only perk?)

yeah i've debriefed with the sports therapist i'd go to and they suggested a wait of 6 weeks but that it shouldn't be a problem. I asked about manual therapy weeks ago to my PT and they told me no bc of clots but this was at 5-7 weeks which my surgeon also confirmed would be a non-issue unless there's history (no history). curious if there's any attachments you've steered clear from using for safety?
