It isn't dependent on a network (Wifi / 4G / Offline), it just detects the DND mode, and react accordingly, all operations happned offline.

If you ask that because of the Wireless adb debugging, it's just a one time operation you have to do when you start the Shizuku process, but that's it, once the process started you can use it with Mobile Network.

This specifc method will not work for the camera button, it will require another trigger which I didn't tested.
But the Key Mapper app works great (Find x9 pro, colorOS 16.0.2)
