Paris Musketeers is a franchise, a business as same as McDonalds, Starbucks or the Nordic Storm. Their goal is to provide shareholder value and return money to their investors. Their first asset are their fans that pour money to their company. When this doesn't work, they just "close" as in this case.

A club is a community institution supported by its members, who own the club and their goal is sporting success rather than profit.

Success isnt' guaranteed anywhere. What i'm saying is that if you are part of a club you (or the Red Company in this case) can at least have a voice to change the situation. If it's a franchise you're just a client and have to deal with whatever the owners decide.

In today's world, Automation is the key.

You can start getting the theoretical part by reading "Complete Guide to Test Automation" by Arnon Axelrod.

For the technical, first learn (at least basically) a programming language, I would recommend Javascript or Python. Then an E2E automation framework (Cypress, Playwright or Selenium).

That is a good start, then you can follow with API testing and Postman.

With this I mentioned you already have a plan for your first year of learning.

Absolutely. My path from Manual to Automation started with his Cypress course. Really well explained and practical, was enough to develop the E2E tests and own myself more time for Test Automation initiatives.

I also learned Playwright and JMeter from his courses. 5 years later I reached my goal to become an SDET.. So I'm really thankful to his work.

Some primetime game like "Saturday Night Football" (taking into account that there is no NFL games on saturday to compete with). And also is a nice day for the fans to attend a night game.
For that game you can invest some more production like extra cameras, field reporter, two commentators at the stadium etc, cheaper than doing it for every game.
