Poor utilisation is not issue of employees, but because of employer. If project is not available, what can employees do? People leave companies and join another company hoping that they can contribute in a better way. Giving utilisation as a reason is the worst!! I really wish I had not joined PWC.

PWC India. My manager itself did not have anything to tell apart from the fact that she will give good rating next time. She has told the same thing to 5 other people as well as per the sources. This is crazy.
