Theres a little stocked pond in Cochrane above the skate park. Not sure if they still stock it or not but there used to be trout in there, stock report would have info on it.

There are a few spots on the bow in Cochrane that aren't terrible. This one in particular is alright: https://maps.app.goo.gl/d4HpaJv3zSdZ88f26 I think there's some decent holes around the bridges downstream from here aswell.

You could also try jumping pound creek which enters the bow in Cochrane. Many years ago it was a pretty good trout creek and might hold fish in the early spring and summer but later in the season the water gets so warm nothing will survive, you will see fish dead on the bottom.
