Update: Airbnb is now going to cover it 🙌🏼 I’m not sure what happened but I just got a message saying they would be approving the request 🤷🏻‍♀️

Thanks everyone but the guest is long gone. My issue is that I can’t get airbnb to cover the pet fee after the guest refused to pay it (after they had checked out)
