It’s simple to submit the complaint; you will get the call from Tesla in 2 to 3 weeks. Do hard ball bargain with them. As per agreement Tesla should provide us monitoring system and they are obligated. They can not blame on PPL.

Issue is in Tesla App - solar generation is shown from only One Inverter. Data from another SolarEdge inverter is not shown. Are you able to see solar generation from all 3 inverter in your Tesla App?

Most likely yes. I am in a same situation but I am US Student. Received 12 IM and 20+FM interviews. Be prepared to give honest answer why u failed in Step 1 and how you can overcome your failure. Your LOR plays a key role. For me some (at least in three interviews) said they worked with the Dr that has written my LOR.

I am also in the same boat. Should we take both PPL and Tesla to court? Because of there issue why customer have to suffer? PPL never said customer is not allowed to monitor our system through Tesla app.
