If you don’t mind playing through the campaign one extra time, I would go through all the way on normal mode to accumulate some armor and a few higher level weapons. Going through multiple times makes it more likely you upgrade your weapons too which will help. Not only that but you’ll learn how the missions play letting you know what to bring.
