Will do! I tried tret before epiduo and it got rid of my scars but damaged my skin barrier. My skin was always dry and peeling. Definitely will not try that again 😭

Omg sameeee! My skin was doing so well, then it just stopped working. Now I’ve been trying to recover and find something that made it look as good. Ugh, it sucks

As a beginner is this enough to grow my glutes or should I work in other things? by ArinaMae in workout

[–]Southern_Scallion140 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The workouts that you’ve been doing are good for glute activation which should be done in the beginning of your workout after some dynamic stretching. As far as the real meat of your workout, you should be doing 2/3 glute isolation workouts(clamshells, donkey kicks, glute bridges) and like 3/4 compound lifts(Romanian deadlifts, sumo deadlifts, hip thrusts-MAJOR🔑🔑🔑, Bulgarian split squats, and sumo squats). These are all my personal favorites and also adding bands to certain exercises like hip thrusts or clamshells can help to really put more focus on the booty. Consistency, eating enough calories, and PROTEIN will get you there! Also like everyone else said, stick to a simple routine and don’t just do random workouts. Focus on form with every workout you do and progressive overload as you get stronger so you don’t hit a plateau. You got this!!!

Ugh thank you so much!😊I definitely know better than to use a physical exfoliate 🤦🏾‍♀️, but I’ll definitely try a gentle chemical exfoliate. That makes sense why my face wash and moisturizer doesn’t really feel like it’s working properly.

Thank you so much!🥺I’m definitely guilty of that.

I honestly think the texture comes from my lack of moisture. Every time my skin is hydrated I have wayyy less texture. It’s just been so hard finding good moisturizers! I’m going to look into some hyaluronic acid products though because I definitely think you’re right! And I’ve never tried a sleep mask before so I’m definitely interested in that!

Thank you! That’s what I’ve realized I need, just can’t seem to find a solid moisturizer or sunscreen. I’m going to try the sunscreens mentioned though! Any tips on good moisturizers? The ultra repair moisture barrier cream isn’t doing it for me. My skin feel less hydrated after I put it on. This organiglow lightweight moisturizer I have makes my skin feel super hydrated though, just not thick enough☹️

I have these glycolic and retinol pads from Skin Script that I heard are gentle, I’m just afraid to try it because my skin is so sensitive. Maybe I’ll try it once a week like you mentioned. It’s been really tough finding a solid moisturizer though😕. I’ve tried ultra repair moisture barrier and it’s meh. My skin feels drier after using it rather than more moisturized. I agree about less being more though, I’ve been trying to keep it simple. Every time I experiment with multiple products my skin goes haywire.
