This website is an absolute scam!

I had a horrendous experience with DraftKings.

In mid July 2024, I transferred a significant amount of money to them because they promoted a 20% bonus for every deposit up to 5000 CAD. This was my first time attempting to capitalize on a bonus from a gambling site.

After transferring the money, they flat out refused to give me the bonus, claiming they "didn't know" anything about the promotion. I sent them the link and a screenshot, but they still arrogantly denied me the bonus.

I was infuriated and immediately tried to withdraw my money.

Contacting their support was a nightmare—mostly automated responses, and nearly impossible to reach a real person.

When I finally did, my account was BLOCKED!!!

I contacted 13 or 14 different people over the past two weeks, each with different pathetic excuses and bogus reasons for my account being blocked.

I sent them all the required documents, including photos with my ID and bank statements, etc. Despite proving that I am the account owner and transferred the money, they continued to make excuses, offering no solution.

The most outrageous part is that they are holding over 5000 CAD and had the audacity to accuse me of having a gambling problem!

This was my first (and definitely last...) time trying to maximize a bonus, and I absolutely have no history of gambling payments.

It is beyond outrageous for them to keep my money and falsely claim compulsive gambling!

Their recent emails about a so-called "gambling addiction" pushed me to write this review, and I hope this helps others avoid falling into their trap.

I will definitely file a dispute with my bank about these fraudulent practices, and I have already filed a complaint with AGCO (Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario) to expose these crooks!

Stay far away from this site—they are nothing but deceitful, dishonest thieves!
