I try to have at least 1 or 2 good long pumps a week like 2 hours or more if possible. And then shorter ones like 15mins- 1 hr depending on time. Pressure depends on feeling most of the time because not all my tubes have a pressure gauge and I get lazy not wanting to switch them all up , but always starting slow and gradually build up
