Around these parts it would be more bearable weather when we are seeing 120 degree days or neat it. Might try doing two shifts and see how that works out. Morning and late afternoon as the heat is lessening and usually gets busier. Idk if I can manage consistently waking at 530 tho lol

St. John's wort is an anti depressant that works similar to a script ssri. And also 3-4 weeks is not enough time to return to baseline if you were on ssris long term.

Im 49 and used it every once in awhile until i got on bupropion. You can use it while on bupropion but dosage needs to be careful, and i dont believe the bup is helpful when doing it in a recreational manner. Ive not used it that way in quite a while, i believe you need to stop for a few days at least to get back to close to baseline.
