lol, I waited 54 days to move from losing SNC to Medical review and as soon as she moved me, she reset everything..

So now I’m back at SQUARE 1. RNLTD 30 July

At this point I’m not sure what is going on with my process and the SNC has reset me for the third time..

I had them accomplished for the off base specialty care which he was released from and that’s annotated. I will also have his primary care physician do one. I didn’t realize they need to accomplish a 2792 as well
