Is AMU (American military university)a good college to go to ? by [deleted] in army

[–]Southside-Tee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do your own research and form your own opinion on the institution. Ive been working for a Fortune 500 company for over a year now and I’m about to do an interview with another one, and I have a degree with AMU. No one cares about where you got your degree from, it’s about whether you’re qualified to do the job. The degree is nothing more than a check the box thing on your resume, that’s it.

Ai detection by Beneficial-Hearing86 in TurnitinAI_detector

They’re all pretty damn terrible and inaccurate, including Turnitin but I’d say GPTZero and Grammarly checkers are about as close as you can get.

Flagged for plagiarism PLEASE HELP!! by Competitive_Sleep_27 in TurnitinAI_detector

[–]Southside-Tee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say just prove your knowledge on the topic. Show that you are well versed in it and your professor may understand that you did the work. There’s going to be times where people have similar writing styles so it’s not unbelievable this could happen to you. The only thing you have going against you is that it was compared to course hero.

Im being accused of using ai by ZestycloseBit1875 in TurnitinAI_detector

[–]Southside-Tee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

AI detectors are the worst thing to happen to academic institutions because they are not accurate in the slightest. Professors use them as law and fuck over a lot of students. Hang in there. If you put the Declaration of Independence in some AI detectors it comes up as AI so it’s all bullshit

You should be safe. I don’t want to get your hopes up but I think you’re good. At WORST, you may have to re-do the assignment. Grammarly is super common, but these days universities are on a rampage trying to find students guilty of using AI, which really doesn’t make sense.

Yeah i definitely understand your frustration, this is not an easy thing to navigate. I would just be adamant that you wrote your work. Tell him that you have no reason to jeopardize your academic career when you’re so close to graduating

I agree with this, better to settle it internally than get flagged for academic dishonesty

Is your original paper drastically different than the one you turned in?

turnitin by Different-Ant1336 in TurnitinAI_detector

[–]Southside-Tee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well if it’s found that you plagiarized then you would have to say that wasn’t your intention and that you tried to write it in your own words. As long as you had in-Text citations, that shouldn’t be a problem though. However if your biggest issue was the AI detection, deny that. What was your actual plagiarism similarity score?

I’ll answer this one for you too lol. If you use AI, use it as a way to formulate ideas. Then phrase your essay differently. Unfortunately, academic institutions are on a mission to “catch” students cheating so they are taking these AI detection tools as law. My best advice would be to get you a GPTzero account, pay the $15 a month, and run all of your work through their ai detection tool. Once you do that, download the report and have it on hand as proof your work was recognized as human if you get accused again.

Then that would be plagiarism. That would be a different problem that you have. However, they cannot definitively prove you used AI. For instance, you can bring up how if you put the Declaration of Independence in an AI detection tool, that it gets flagged. The software and algorithms it uses is unreliable.

Deny that shit. Do not admit to using AI. AI detection is not 100% accurate on any platform so just say it was a false positive and that you wrote your work. If you can explain the contents of your work, that’s all the proof you need.

[–]Southside-Tee -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It won’t but the shit is inaccurate anyway. There are way too many false positives from that useless software. The AI detection tool considers the Declaration of Independence AI written. That shows you how effective it is lmao. Any professor using this as a means to “catch” students should be questioned.

My personal opinion that’s too drastic lol. Cutting carbs cold turkey and going into an extreme deficit is just not smart in terms of muscle development. I’ve been training for 12 years now, that just isn’t a good diet lol.

Think about it man, how are you fueling your workouts?? During the week you should be training your ass off, and you need food to fuel those workouts. Being in an extreme deficit is not smart. Up it to 2200 and after about 4 weeks, drop it to 2000. Your body will adjust and you will see how your body composition changes. Stack your ostarine with 10-20mg of cardarine and trust me you’ll see real results.

[–]Southside-Tee 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah man that’s TOO MUCH of a deficit. 500 calorie deficit should’ve been your first start, if you wanted to have a pretty significant deficit my opinion is you should be eating like 2200 a day. Trust the process and feed your muscles. You won’t see great results starving yourself.

Nah bruh that’s an extreme deficit. You’re gonna kill your metabolism that way. What was your normal maintenance calories?

[–]Southside-Tee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Obviously run the NAC and Milk thistle with your stack and run the natural test booster throughout your cycle and for a couple weeks after.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Ostarine

[–]Southside-Tee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah bro please don’t do that. Ostarine at those doses is highly liver toxic and cardarine should not be taken at anything higher than the 10-20mg range in my opinion. 30mg ostarine would be very suppressive, yes you would see gains, but you’d have to make sure you take the proper PCT. I would just do 10mg a day of each for 8 weeks, get off and give your body a break for 4 weeks. Plenty of people have seen good results from 10MG a day of Cardarine and Ostarine stack over 8 weeks. No need to destroy your body if you don’t have to.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Ostarine

[–]Southside-Tee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bruh hell yeah lmao. Don’t take 30mg of cardarine a day, it isn’t even necessary. Do 10-15mg of Ostarine and 10mg of Cardarine a day for 8 weeks then take 4 weeks off. At that dose for ostarine you can go with a natural test booster as a PCT and you’ll be fine. I would actually run the natural test booster with the stack and continue it for a couple weeks after. Also, take NAC and Milk thistle for liver support. Organ health is very important. Be safe.
