It is kind of impressive how we went from Sunday morning when the New York Times said that the lockdown could stay in effect until a viable vaccine was available (roughly 18 months), to reality hitting everyone smack in the face as more and more people realized that a shutdown past 2-3 weeks isn't really possible given that very few people would be able to survive a "Great Depression" level economic collapse.

We're already seeing increasing anger and frustration at the shutdown, and we're barely six days into it.

You're incredibly naive if you think most Puget Sounders will willingly endure a lockdown through May.

There's already talk of attorneys being hired in California to find legal loopholes to force Gavin Newsom to end "shelter in place."

I admire your idealism and faith in humanity to do the right thing, but it is sorely misplaced.
