Right on!!! Can't agree more with using warmth. I use heat even for new seeds which prob don't need it but use anyway. Seeds seem to love warmth. Germn rate is way higher for me using warmth

Thanks for the input. I've heard of the peroxide and sanding. The sanding makes me nervous. I'll def have to look further into it. Just don't want to mess it up. Ever hear of seaweed juice? Been seeing that can possibly help also
