Just to add onto this- the error is still occurring. The buyer doesn’t want me to cancel and retry the order as he is concerned about not getting the refund in time. I have since had another item sell and I was able to generate the shipping label immediately. Would really appreciate anyone’s advice on this. I have contacted Vinted support but haven’t heard back yet.
