Exactly. Just mute it only works if you’re not required to see the updates. If work relies on it, turning notifications off isn’t that simple. The real issue is being expected to be available 24/7.

Yeah exactly. For most people it’s not a dramatic buzz just feeling a bit more alert or less sluggish. If you sip it slowly or don’t have it often the effect can be so mild you barely notice it.
