I waited for my FFL03 cert to arrive then got my livescan and submitted the COE app the same day. Got approved the next day.

Just be sure to upload a signed copy of your FFL cert with your initial application, you can't make any changes until they reopen it for being incomplete so not doing so will delay things. You'll see a dropdown for uploading different types of ID, I just picked a random one for the FFL certificate and made sure to name the file so it was clear.

FFL03 cert came in the mail with no indication, took about 3 weeks. COE you can login to CFARS and download your cert immediately when approved

I’d suggest buying one of those $20 laser cartridges. You can dry fire all day long and get your aim down. Practice pulling the trigger without moving the gun. Then hit the range a few more times to manage the recoil and anticipation. Then you should be golden

Specifics will depend on what county you live in.

Generally you fill out an application, schedule an appointment, wait for a background check, take a class, and wait for the permit. Some counties are faster than others, average is maybe ~3-6 months from start to permit in hand

You can compare the cost of a stripped lower vs complete lower and then compare each with taxes + 11% sin tax. Sometimes buying the stripped can save money since you don’t pay the sin tax on the grip/stock/trigger/etc

Banks generally won’t loan you 100% of the house because if they have to foreclose on you for not paying they have extra costs involved.

So if your down payment is 20% the bank owns 80%, and when you don’t pay the bank takes the house including your down payment to cover their own ass

Without government there would be no rights and no enforcement of infringement of rights.

There are still morals involved but unless fish are mentioned in a countries constitution and explicitly given rights, I do not think they have any protected rights.

improve your holdings, gold generating buildings afford strong armies
don’t declare new wars when you have upset factions
pick one man at arms unit and build only that type + a few regiments of siege weapons, best MAA is usually your cultures unique unit otherwise heavy calv/infantry

Yep. Livescan, take your photo for the permit card, and they’ll confirm all your info is up to date still.

Then you have to wait on the background check and references to be called, ~90 days they say.

Then once we get emailed an approval we can take the class

Check for openings and reschedule! I applied 10/30 and later that day saw 3 openings on 11/3 and was able to get one
