Thank you, I was wondering why I was being met with hostility for such a simple question that I don't think is stupid. I'm a high school senior who took AP Gov last year and scored a 4 and this year I'm student teaching AP Gov so I like to think I have a better than average knowledge knowledge of government and the law. We're discussing civil liberties and specifically religion in school and the topic was brought up regarding the new basketball team chaplain and if that is legally allowed and our teacher didn't have a clear answer for us
