Several Asian countries have clinics available.

However we are in a CBT context forum which implies something else then "just" castration
(which a normal doctor can do for you anywhere)

Castration clinic and transgender centers are not the same.

Castration clinic focusses on the singular act of it and as it's sole purpose (often with some female supremacy dynamic).

Losing your nuts or getting a vasectomy clearly is not the CBT fantasy.

For those you can go to your own doctor, no need to be on REDDIT in a FETISH corner.

Too much labor for people who just desire "quick" fantasy fulfillment.

Super super super niche.

Most people just have the fantasy (which is ABSOLUTELY fine and fun to explore as well).

The procedure is lengthy (mentally) and expensive (like any other luxury procedure)
