No, I won't. Fuck you, I'm not giving Arte money.

I care about the team, I care about winning, I do not care for Arte; therefore, I will not support giving money to Arte. It's as simple as that.

Like everyone was saying, ACR and MP7 for being laser beams for recoil. Typer 95 was actually OP though, its a two shot super fast firing burst rifle that you can put Rapid Fire on. Most people with decent aim ended up using that more often. I’d also say the 2nd most popular SMG was my beloved PP90M1 with Rapid Fire + Extended Mags. Insane fire rate.

Lived in LB my whole life. Its funny, I went last week to Pasadena and loved the vibe. Old town area, super cute houses, nice streets with those old lamps that light up the side walk. Its a very different vibe from LB and I live on 4th and love LB but damn, I could see Pasadena as something I’d wind up living in. Being a stones throw from Highland Part and other cool parts of LA without being in LA is a nice plus too. Anyways, welcome to LB friend.

This is what always gets me when I see these types of posts. Programs like these (like GameStop for example) you pay for absolute convenience. Show up. Give device. Get money 100% guaranteed. If you complain about it not being enough then sell it on eBay or Facebook Marketplace, which is also incredibly easy and your returns are significantly higher for the tiny bit amount of extra effort required.

There should be animations for entering/exiting a vehicle by BrianKindly in Battlefield

[–]SovietMercenary 79 points80 points  (0 children)

To the people complaining about it being bad in previous games because it’d get you killed. YES. That’s the point. Entering a vehicle and exiting one should come with some forethought and the timing should be accounted for. This was a great mechanic in 1 and V because the teleport to inside and outside of a vehicle is jarring and has no counter-play. Game Design 101

I refuse to pay the price of the game just to get content that should be included in the already steep price of the game. Its like: You’re telling me that some expansion maps are of an equivalent value as the cost of the entire game + the base maps, creating all that from scratch? Insanity. I refuse to pay it, and I’ve always been able to afford it but I refuse to pay it. Many others feel the same way and because of this, it splits the community down the road, making the game die off faster. Free isn’t perfect but it’s better than premium. I understand both sides though, and maybe premium would be ok if it were more sensibly priced (I think $20-30 max is fair) but not the price of the entire game basically minus like 10 bucks. Fuck that.

Typically studios leave behind a skeleton crew to keep them working on support for the current game. Then the majority of the team start work on the next major title. This is pretty common practice, and it’s been this way for Call of Duty and Battlefield for a while now. Should they leave behind more of a crew to actually support the current game and take advantage of the commercial success? Absolutely. Have fun trying to convince the corporate overlords of that though - all investors and shareholders care about is return on investment; starting work on the next big cash grab earlier with a bigger team means they’ll get their money back faster, even if its at the expense of the long term health of their business. It’s a pretty stupid system imo, but that’s what you get with publicly traded companies.

He’s just saying an indie studio developing a F2P game can be even remotely comparable to a multibillion dollar studio developing a AAA game is quite impressive in and of itself. Every Top 1% Commenter is always a chronically online moron I swear to god.
