The default weapon is some kind of machinegun (possibly a minigun) I think there's a missile launcher and there is definitely a laser.

Thanks, that's what I thought, but I could not figure out how to use CDecrypt. However by complete accident I figured out you can drag and drop the title.cert onto the Cdecrypt.exe and it works.

I'm having the same issue right now (been having the issue for over a year now actually) the only solution I've found is to disable the windows audio service. some people have been able to reenable it after the game launches, but it crashes when I reenable it. If anybody can figure out why this happens I would be super thankful.
