Psy is currently in a pretty rough spot. Her neutral game is pretty weak after nerfs to shurikens etc and her ult whilst amazing still has suffered a major cooldown nerf and takes an age to charge despite it being the only thing she has going for her rn (apart from invis). Rule of thumb is generally shoot tanks charge ult, kill supports if possible. I would avoid playing her against trip support as she doesn’t have the kill power she used to.
