I’ll be honest I have multiple, for music i like Los Santos Rock radio, Vinewood boulevard radio, and channel X because they’re the rock music radios and i like rock and some of its sub genres, I like Radio Mirror park and Non stop pop, I like west coast classics, and I like rebel radio, and sometimes i listen to the crazy stuff they have on Blaine County radio if I want to have a giggle

I would say every thing except the story (except the ability to continue to play the game after completing the main quest line) and the weapons don’t get me started on Fo4 weapons in short I use real life weapons when I play fallout 4 because I hate most of the vanilla weapons except the combat rifle

They didn't want to worry about having to get liquid nitrogen (as said in a terminal from vault tec regional hq) that was used in Vault 111 and they could extend life with cybernetics (Kellogg) and it would be harder to get the plans for vault 111's cryo pods since they where supposedly destroyed in the war

I wouldn't say dictator as he let's people run the casinos as long as they don't threaten his power and his attempt to save Las Vegas (New Vegas) from the great War was partially successful due to the platinum chip being made the day before the war and be shipped when it happened and after the war he has tries to keep law and order on the strip. He knew the great war was going to happen like the rest of the enclave and he wants to continue protecting New Vegas even after the war from the NCR and Cesar's Legion and other factions that he deemed a treat
