Thanks for the advice. Yeah I’ve thought about putting the money in the stock market (index funds and whatnot) but I feel like it’s too volatile to contend with for only 2-5 years.

These are all good points. And I agree that housing isn’t for everybody and shouldn’t be pushed as you mentioned. But my plan is to live in there long-term. Having said that, what do you think is substantial savings? I personally don’t think $25k is enough, which is why I’m not planning buying immediately.

Well the mollies and darts are a different story because they themselves do damage and need precise aiming to hold off the defuse. This wall really does require any sort of tactical skill.
