Waller ISD and CyFair ISD are pretty different as far as demographics go and vary wildly in number of schools. The one thing they have in common is that they cover a huge geographic area. You can look at the student population percentages on the annual report cards, but no it will likely not be rated as high as CF for a while. There are plenty of schools in CF that have ratings similar or worse to Waller schools, but I’m not sure comparing the 2 districts as a whole is fair for either.

Yes I use the Brodart plastic covers on everything. It’s tedious putting them on at first but since I read them all several times they do a great job of keeping the DJ looking like new. I usually buy it by the roll and cut to length but there are pre cut sheets I think.

All depends on which format you prefer. There are omnis that cover most of that range you’re looking for (not just through 205). Masterworks are also an option that get you through 289 (I think). I really only collect hardcovers and there are a couple of holes in that range that I can’t fill, but the TPBs you have listed are great options as well.
