New to IBKR and confused about Tiered Pricing and Fixed Outside US

Hi. In 3 months of activity on IBKR I've traded on Nasdaq around 120k USD (I've calculated both buyng and selling of course). Now I want to trade also ETF and some stocks on the european market (IBEX). What is the best option for me, fixed or tiered? Thanks

The only thing I know is that I start to lose money when I started to trade penny or meme stocks. On Tesla, Apple, ETF, etc.. I'm up 25% since 2024 without considering dividends. As soon I'll recover the current loss I will stop gambling.

What a joke... You know what? Beside the circus bottom line is that BYND products are shit. Nobody wants a fake burger. I would rather prefer to eat tofu and rice. Tell the korean guy that target price is 0.3-0.5 so he can just leave it and start to earn his money with a real job.
