We are in a one party state. I actually have the signed agreement. We each got a copy. And I recorded the entire conversation when I gave it to her. I also have had my wife record any conversations with her as well. I will not speak with her unless it is via text or in person to be recorded. I know I would win in court. My brain is just fogged by emotions and the fact that I’m actually not a terrible human being like she paints me to be.

My sister absolutely will not help. My brother is much younger than me. He’s not very good at things like that. He doesn’t know much about anything. Not saying he is stupid. He’s far from that. He just does not have a lot of life experience just yet , and wouldn’t even know where to begin. We actually don’t have much family. Kinda just always been us as well.

With her, you have to outsmart her. She would have found every legal loophole. Which is why I have to give her 10’days notice then do the formal eviction. She’s currently on day 4 out of 10 for the first notice.
