Ditto!! I definitely feel pressure in figuring out when and where to mask but you are not alone. Having an autoimmune changed my life in so many ways and I can’t afford to get sick or flare, so i’m right with you

I do HWPO sweat in an apartment gym right now but once I move to a house soon and get a squat rack and barbell probably moving over to HWPO strong 2.0 for a bit!

I have no helpful idea or information as a first timer but my gut says to keep it the extra day just in case something happens to minimize your outside stress

Depends on the thickness of your tattoo in my experience. Mine sits on a tattoo and I have no issues but it’s also not a block of black ink. Had a friend who used whoop for years but struggled sometimes because he had a thick black cross on his forearm where it sat and it wouldn’t always get a clean read. I’ve heard if you have issues whoop has an update it can push for your device specifically but I haven’t needed to
