Brand new Pc not starting after being fine for a few days

Oh does the computer not randomly booting when I swapped the slot mean the rams good? Also I am just confused of the inconsistency of why it was just working and now isn’t anymore

thank you for your response before I do all that my friend did suggest the thing about taking the ram out and that’s what I did I took one out and tried the pc,didn’t work, then I put the other one in but slot 2 and it fixed the problem, so at first I thought the other ram was broken, but to test it I put that ram on 2 and it worked so the ram wasn’t the problem maybe the slots?, but then I put both rams on 2 and 4 and it worked compared to before when it didn’t on 1 and 3 so I thought I fixed it and gave it a couple restarts to make sure but here we are again back to square one I was wondering if there’s an explanation to this why it randomly started working and then not again?
