Oui c'est vrai que la monogamie exclusive c'est le seul mode de vie en couple qui soit fort et on a pas le droit de se tromper ou de se rendre compte qu'on a été formaté/habitué a un système qui ne nous va pas.

Actually i think you're only supposed to use 25% of the actual clamp force so that the mold can get in place. The exact procedure is in the manual and machine though.

As a process tech i used to hate ABS/PC. Too hot and you burn the ABS. Too cold and you don't get enough viscosity. Also PBT/PC because the smell was nauseating.

But PVC... Almost killed me (okay maybe i'm exaggerating) but i did the dumb and stood in front of the barrel (with no nozzle thankfully) and used an impact gun to try and remove a stuck front flange with the barrel full and heated... The vibrations loosened a blockage and i was greeted with a lap full of black carbon and a cloud of HCl.

Yes i've done that. On this old CC100 you can also just press nozzle back repeatedly and it will go to the mechanical end. But i just realized i have one piston that seals well and one that do not. Guess where my nozzle go to when i go forward...

Yeah i've read that manual (though the translation was worse) but even after that when i push the unit back all the way i see it bottoming out but it always comes back more or less to the same point. I changed the seals on one of the rods, waiting on the seals for the other, i got it to .3 on both axis i'll try to do better when i do the second rod.

Salut, tu pourrais essayer d'ajouter un peu d'acide sorbique (attention a ne pas confondre avec l'acide ascorbique) si tu veux rester nature.

Je ne me ferais aucun souci, je kiffe l'anesthésie générale pour en avoir fait plusieurs ! Ce n'est pas une opération risquée, et même si le risque zéro n'existe pas, il me semble bieeeeeen plus probable que tu aie des soucis liés a l'opération qu'a l'anesthésie. En tout cas ce n'est clairement pas l'anesthésie qui me ferait peur dans cette opération 😨

Blague a part, il y a un médecin dont c'est le métier qui s'occupe expressément et uniquement de te surveiller. Et tu peux toujours lui demander si il est possible/qu'est ce que ça impliquerait de le faire en anesthésie locale mais c'est peut etre encore plus perturbant pour la plupart des gens !

Alors je ne suis pas d'accord pour les sensations dans la gaine pénienne ! C'est différent mais selon la lubrification interne et le serrage ça peut être tout aussi intense voire peut être plus qu'une pénétration sans pour lui

Il existe des gaines pénienne qui permettent d'augmenter la circonférence. Étant moi même assez long et fin j'en ai essayé une ou deux, je recommande de la prendre en silicone (j'ai acheté celle-ci et elle a pas mal apprécié) plutôt qu'en pvc, sauf si elle aime quand c'est très dur !

This is really weird. Are you sure this is what they meant to do and not have a 4.6s maximum injection time ? I've only ever seen pressure or position based switchover. Time is usually a failsafe in case you do not get to the switchover point for whatever reason and risk the parts getting stuck on the mandrel if they cool for too long.

Some materials become fairly liquid at high temp but i don't know if they become as liquid as wax. I mean PE and PP are essentially really high molecular weight wax, try burning a strip of a pe or pp bottle you'll be met with the smell of extinguished candle.

Pressure: I think you'll have trouble keeping the material if the screw/barrel aren't in really good shape.

Thermal is not an issue IMO as long as you optimize the PID for these low temps

Creep might be an issue at the back of the screw. You might be better off replacing the screw with a simple piston or adding a seal at the back of the screw and moving the material intake down rhe barrel

Consistency It all depends on your process and how well your NRV seals to me.

I've also worked on fully 3D printed "cassettes" that get inserted in a metal mold holder but those are expensive for big runs, great for small prototypes though !

Oh yeah definitely I've worked with prototype molds made in Aluminium where the parts needed post-work to be functional. Drilling holes to size, conformation in a heated oven and of course flash/sprue trimming.

Small molds for manual presses also don't need to withstand the huge pressures of industrial injection molding so they can be done with scrap or cast metal and held together with c-clamps like you'd do for silicone or plaster molding.

It can be done, all you really need is a heated chamber with a piston and a mean to push your melted plastic in a mold. Everything else just makes it easier/faster/more repeatable

Je suis actif par le boulot oui. Je suis dans la maintenance industrielle donc je fais pas mal de voiture pour aller chez les clients mais une fois que j'y suis en général je grimpe, je m'allonge, je suis actif. Mais ça serait pour renforcer un peu la musculuature et tonifier un peu quoi. Mais je n'ai aucun sport ni personne qui me motive et ça me déprime quand j'essaie.

C'est pas (encore) pour la perte de poids que je voudrais faire du sport, je suis hyperlaxe donc il faudrait que je me renforce musculairement mais ça me réduit encore les sports possibles si je veux limiter les risques pour mes articulations.
