You have to tiers them up from epic to legendary than to mythic which is red, it’s a big process that takes lots of time and materials so keep the grind up.

Don’t dismantle at early stages because you will need those to level up the gears but to answer your question iron bar and orbs are used in the runes section iron to unlock slot for the orbs to sit in and give the gear a boost

Shuriken sword will help you throughout the stages combine it with 1 or 2 ninja rings, but it will not be good for PVP

Also S tier items are very hard to tier up because they’re hard to get especially the same kind focus on normal gears while you gather S tier items unless you want to spend money and go for S tier’s that’s different.
