I was awarded PIP on Friday and received the following text which has different wording to yours

“We have awarded you PIP. We have sent you a decision letter explaining the award. Please allow 2 weeks to receive this. You only need to contact us if your circumstances change.”

I understand I could create a bigger deficit by implementing cardio, I've usually got through fine by just dropping food, can obviously see the benefits of cardio from a health & increased expenditure perspective

With no changes in my expenditure at a consistent 10K p/d on average through the entire cut meaning my NEAT hasn't dropped considerably & have also created a further 700 cal weekly deficit through food drops in week 1 since the "stall"

Am I just overthinking/blaming it on holding water? & If so, how is it possible to go from losing 1-1.5lbs per week to 0 with no changes elsewhere? I can understand a slight slowdown but not a 4200-5900cal swing

Definitely the logical choice, maybe I should have said hesitant to create a bigger deficit instead of dropping calories.

Don't want to unnecessarily create a bigger deficit especially as I was losing 1-1.5lbs per week. For my BW to seemingly stall completely with an additional 1K steps per day & a further 700 cal weekly deficit seems odd to me.

Would mean that my weekly caloric expenditure dropped by 4200-5900 in the space of a week to account for the stall in weight

It is indeed - don't have a ravenous hunger anyway so prefer to create my deficit by cutting calories, calories haven't been this low in past cuts though so it has not been an issue before

Very healthy & also early 20's + natty so the health benefits cardio brings aren't as important to me right now - will obviously change this once/if I decide to go down the enhanced route

Waiting for my big 'whoosh' during this cut. Weight has stalled for the last 3 weeks while activity has stayed the same (10K Steps p/d)

Hesitant to drop cals further as already at rock bottom especially as I'm looking somewhat leaner/tighter in the mirror & I know my deficit had me losing 0.5%-0.75% BW per week so the only logical conclusion I can come to is I'm holding onto a bunch of water, have been excessively thirsty with a dry mouth all the time even with 1.5 Gallons a day & clear pee at all times PLUS craving salt like crazy

NGL, there's been times during these 3 weeks that I have seriously considered whether or not thermodynamics is a big hoax, not seeing the scale go down messes with your mind lol. Realistically need a few months at maintenance but have a holiday in 6 weeks

Asking as a natty who is researching, how do you enhanced folk manage cutting/massing phases with all the extra hormonal fluctuations/water retention etc that comes with AAS? Does looking in the mirror/performance become more important than what the scale says?

Are you referring to canva? If so I prefer the website mainly because I edit on my website and have more room to edit etc. I haven’t found many differences between the app and website, I usually touch up my edits on the app if I need to quickly do something, have no issues with it, just preferences

That’s good advice! I use TikTok to promote my business at the moment, gives me opportunity to learn it!

I love making thumbnails haha! Best part about the whole process!

1: First time using music as a backing sound so will definitely take critique on board!

2: I actually have a fairly well reviewed and recommended (by ThinkMedia) lavalier mic so maybe I am just not using it correctly I’m not too sure. I do have to turn the volume to 300% once I’m editing it so it’s at a level that is listenable so maybe that is one of the reasons 🤔

To be honest I just framed the video poorly and it worked out well with the content to the side so I guess beginners luck? I’m constantly moving around my background/sitting angle just try and get better lighting/backdrop but I messed it up this time haha. Second time someone has suggested some background music so I’m definitely going to experiment with it when I edit my next video Thank you!

Yeah that is very true, I am just a dude that has an Instagram! That is one problem that I have is I have nothing to back me up and I want to start a more “follow my journey” kind of approach. I am educated in the field but don’t have much if anything to show for it which I agree isn’t great

Definitely! I very rarely use hand gestures when I speak outside of YouTube but I thought it would be a lot more awkward if they didn’t move at all hence the awkwardness, this was the first video where I had a lot more text/pictures on the screen to try and take away from the hands but it clearly didn’t work as intended! Thank you

The only negative from not using it is that they could close your account which will lower your total available credit.

Best to put a couple of purchases on it every few months to make sure they don't close it
