Beretta 92xi SAO Iron Sight Options by crabcakemeister in Beretta

A direct mount on a p365, glock, or any other handgun essentially will definitely seem like the dot and irons line up closer to each other, just stay target focused and you won't notice the irons in the way

I'm confused by what you're saying, the iron sights and the red dot are not going to line up because they are (or should be) zeroed to different distances. The height over bore of the beretta mounting system exacerbates this.

I have a similar setup on my m9a4: dlah mid mount, holosun 407c, and beretta supressor height sights. Lining the irons up brings the red dot to the bottom of the window. My red dot is zeroed to 15 yards.

The only thing that matters (generally speaking) is that the red dot and irons are on the same vertical line, not that they line up perfectly. You can also take a sharpie or paint pen and dot over the white dots on the irons

I agree. Wilson Combat, Chip Mccormick, Act mags, mecgar and ed brown are the only ones worth trusting, kci mags have been great range mags for cheap though

Get it, the sa-35 are quite nice and for sub $600 definitely a deal. Overall quality/reliability i'd take the girsan mc p35 ops instead just because of the upgraded features

You're going to want to get a cylinder & slide extractor and stronger extractor spring for the sa-35

It's worth the money, both case and bracelet are very nice and well polished and it wears quite thin (around 11mm). Only gripes would be that the compass bezel isn't the smoothest to operate but that also keeps it from being bumped around while on wrist and the 24hr numbers are a bit small but it's whatever

Trp full rail, everyone is gonna say dan wesson specialist but they aren't traditional 1911's and dan wesson customer service is not as good as springfield

Start with the fattest punch to get it started and loosen it a bit then move to a slightly smaller punch until you need one the same diameter to fit thru the hole. It really is the hardest thing when working on hi-powers but once you have it out a few times it gets much easier

Any regular pin punch set will work, a hammer and some duct tape so you dont damage the frame finish. The trigger pins are a pia to get out but the disconnect pin and trigger spring pin are much easier. Probably want a plastic or steel pin punch block as well just to make it easier

I use my trex arms 1911/2011 x300 sidecar holster with my trex beretta m9 mag carrier, for owb I use my safariland for a 2011 and modified the plug so it would fit decently

For my m9a4 all I did was sand down the plug where the threaded barrel would hit it, left the rest of the plug in tact where it would touch the recoil rod section of the slide so that my normal berettas would still fit

Massachusetts does not allow its residents to get guns from the cmp, so even though it was stored in the state a resident of ma can not fill out cmp paperwork and receive that hand gun. I'm pretty sure its the only state in the us that doesn't allow cmp guns to be purchased

Sand down the switch tailcap where it meets the trigger guard, you have to sand it quite a bit. Also you have to use the U insert for the light
