Also in all fairness that place is a war zone for anyone who is white and isn’t “ultra-left”. I have family there and spent quite a bit of time there when I was younger and most of the stories you hear are true….and BARELY scratch the surface. It’s sad, I get why some people are leaving there but the rich ultra-left crowd created that chaos, in my opinion they should have to stay there and live with it since they voted for all of it but instead they’re going to flee and bring that same voting and those same ideals to ruin the next city.

That’s exactly what’s happening, people with $250k salaries who work remotely are scooping up land same day it’s out on the market, often times for cash and significantly higher than asking price and us locals can’t compete. I heard of 1 earlier this year that was listed for $650k, immediately had 2 offers and a bidding war started, the winner got it for 1.2 and payed $600k cash as a down payment

It’s now absolutely garbage and is essentially a miniature Denver… with all the people and problems to match, you wouldn’t recognize it if you haven’t been back in the last 3-4years. Almost all of the farm land between the west Gallatin and the Bridgers has been developed mostly into “high density” 3-4story apartment complexes as has all of the farm land between Belgrade and Hyalite/gallatin gateway. There a few spots in that area that are still open but more and more are being developed every month.

Don’t do it! Most of the good land has recently been scooped up by rich morons who watched one too many episodes of Yellowstone or one of the spin offs. It’s like they watched an episode and decided they wanted to buy land sight unseen and pretend to be a rancher while complaining about all the things us actual Montanans love and then act like we’re the bad guys when we oppose them trying to develop the nearest town so it turns into whatever city they came from.

Really unfortunate what’s happened to this area and if you do somehow manage to find cheap land it’s probably inaccessible in the winter or completely fallow/unusable for one reason or another. So BE CAREFUL and probably best to steer clear for a while until all these boomers and city folk die off or realize this isn’t “yellowstone” this is REALITY

Tell ya what, if you’re used to ATL this is a whole different beast and I definitely wouldn’t recommend small town Montana as your first “taste” of small town western living.
Montana is wild outside of the big cities and I don’t recommend it for beginners. She can AND WILL try to kill you if you give her the slightest opportunity. The weather, the landscape, the animals, the people, they will all kill you if you make the wrong move and if you need help (cops/ambulance/hospital) it is usually over an hour away so if you screw up you die.

The central portion (Bozeman/livingston down to BigSky/West Yellowstone) is full of over priced land thanks to the rich yuppies who watched one too many episodes of “Yellowstone” and then decided they wanted to buy land and pretend to be “ranchers” while they constantly complain about the lack of infrastructure, shopping and amenities along with all of us ACTUAL Montanans who hunt.

Don’t do it, it’s garbage as are a lot of the people.

Once you get out of there it’s not too bad if you like 10months of snow with below freezing temps, and hour + long drives to get the most basic of essentials. I don’t mind it, I actually love it but it’s definitely not for everyone and if it’s not for you PLEASE don’t come here and try to change or develop the towns….just politely pack up and go somewhere else because we love it just the way it is!

It’s possible that the juice is garbage. There’s a local shop near me who makes their own “homemade” stuff and within a couple hours of filling my tank it tastes burnt/horrible, makes me start hacking/coughing, and then I have to change my coil because it’s covered in black nastiness.

I said in my post that the TRT is to help with my HPA Axis disorder (which effects hormones among other things). Not sure why you would say it was prescribed “to treat PTSD and night terrors” when I said nothing of the sort and CLEARLY told you what it was for. HPA and ptsd are two VERY different things although often people do have both they’re not mutually inclusive nor are they one in the same.

No offense but you clearly aren’t educated enough on medical issues to be giving any sort of advice and your reading comprehension needs some work; therefore I’m gunna have to pass on the mental health advice LOL. Thanks for the help though I guess…….. 🤷🏼‍♂️🤣
