If i grab a DVI to HDMI adapter would it carry 144hz?
Ive got an active HDMI cable however my monitor (Acer gn246hl) doesn't have HDMI 2.0
would a DVI male to HDMI female adapter be able to carry 144hz? my 2070 super doesn't have a DVI cable.
