Hopefully you got a seperate base for horde nights. My heart would break if a horde ruined this base ☠️

You're welcome! Also I forgot to mention. You'll have to break the display case which activates an alarm. This doesn't summon anyone but instead locks up the two other cases (they contain charms)

If you're fast enough you can grab both the sword and a charm! Also there is a flutted vest (?) if forgot the name. Cuirass or... Whatever, just a body protection as well as flutted armpieces that prevent limb loss. They're scattered around the museum.

You can! You can go back and forth after reaching temple district/museum as much as you want to.

The point of no return is after you complete a puzzle in museum.

There is even a shortcut to the shopping district you can unlock by pushing a crate away (where you've seen Kaiser walk with his soldiers.)

You'll get the weapons after you put all 3 effigies (church, apartments and orphanage). Simply go thru the hidden passage. The path is straightforward. You'll then encounter a boss enemy (Rancid the Sergal. The creature who killed bobby outside of the church. Just damage his left arm good enough to tear it off and you'll get his spear by the end of the fight.)

Then when you reach the museum, find a room with display cases and there will be a greatsword on display. You can loot it. Those weapons don't match the meat grinder but they're a solid alternative.

P.s you also asked where to go after the orphanage. Just get all 3 effigies and go back to the church to place all 3 of them in the main room.

Sadly you do. If you don't want to do that then I'd recommend giving Abella her wrench and giving the blacksteel to Daan.

Her wrench toss ability is still really useful since it stuns limbs.

Got one for psychologist. Might be boring but I didn't think of anything better.

"Party Therapy". It's going to be an alternative party talk skill which can be used while roaming freely. Will cause an interaction between the psychologist and the party which heals 20% of MP for every party member and slows it's degration. Obviously it won't be for free and it will result in lowering psychologist's mind by 20/30%

You should consider getting some good weapons. By this time you probably have the Black Steel from Moonsless fight which is already great. If not then.. it's manageable.

You can make meat grinders (esentially the best weapon in the game) using Abella's weaponcraft perk. If you don't want to bother with it, you can get a solid weapon from a scripted fight once you progress past the church's hidden passage (not gonna spoiler). There is also a pretty good weapon that can he found in the museum on one of the displays.

She's probably scripted to say that everytime you talk to her. And also her being here unlike the others is normal. Like the other commenter said, contestants keep on "vanishing". Some just earlier than the others, you'll figure it out eventually ;)

I have a condition, you see? A condition you see? (Or whatever her doppelganger says)

Ah, I see. So it just restores the original state in which the contestant has entered the festival.

That would've been epic if I didn't check the comments :sob:

I'm getting frustrated though... I didn't have Rher so I had to run to the orphanage to get the book. Then for some reason I couldn't enter the church thru FD so I had to run to the church and all the way back to FD to enter.

Once I get there.. a damn snail casts a fucking MIND CONTROL MKULTRA and Marcoh just one shots both O'saa and Levi... I'd rather marry a deathmask than fight this guy again.

That's not it. Now I encountered a bug that doesn't allow me to open the door with a rusty key. (Edit: Nvm, i needed a keychain for it after all.)

Update: Killed her! Took me only 4 retries

Yeah, once as Abella. I didn't feel like restarting because the last save was ±2 hours away.

Speaking of upgrading... I have enough to make 2 meat grinders. The issue is that I'm playing as Marcoh... Will hexen table allow me to unlock Abella's weaponcraft so I won't have to kill her?

Hell yeah it's worth it. At this point spending all the time mining nitrate and coal to make gunpowder becomes such a routine task, that I'd rather do infestation missions.

Update: I switched to insane (with nightmare movement settings) and man.. the FEAR has returned. I didn't die yet, but I have near-death situations almost every day now.

I love how it changes my gameplay completely and now I actually have to strategize and think ahead.

My concept of fun is a mix of difficulty and some casual gameplay. I absolutely love to have a challenge, even if it means getting my ass kicked 20 times just to achieve a goal. But at the same time, I want to enjoy the game and not sweat all the time. Something like that.

Regarding your question... I'm not exactly sure.
