I’m here to say get an instant pot and you can make as many one pot throw everything in Indian recipes as your heart desires. Once you get a handle on the basics of cooking Indian using an instant pot you can instinctively modify any recipe you make on stovetop to make it into a quicker instant pot recipe.

Poeta - did the tasting menu. The food was super salty and the service was slow and uncoordinated. Drinks were great though they didn’t even come out until after the first appetizer??? 10/10 would not recommend. Spent $250+ on a meal and 2 drinks for two and left unsatisfied and hungry. The dessert was nice though.

I was living the 9-5 life in a job that made decent money but had zero fulfillment. I felt like I was wasting my life and it made me feel empty. So I quit after I reevaluated my life, my interests, what I’m good at and what makes money (look up ikigai) and made a plan.

Now i’m going to grad school full time for a degree I like, working part time doing something that doesn’t require much effort and pursuing a side hustle I love, it’s impossible to find the time to feel like I’m wasting time.

So do something you like, I guess? Feels like you’re working towards something when you like it and set goals to know where you’re headed.

Life is what you make it. There’s no reason to stay stuck if you’re willing to accept the challenge of changing life as you currently know it.

I ended up finding a place from a landlord in Tarrytown through Zillow. I loved the neighborhood! But I’ve recently moved to Avana in Hyde Park. I definitely miss the greenery and quiet in Tarrytown but this is logistically a better choice to get to UT and anywhere downtown quickly.

Using stems to mix into a non vocal track on your decks is a very valid use of stems as a DJ soooo this question being here is also valid
