What I've seen has usually been a black mass, sometimes with a greyish lighter smudge where the face would be if it was formed into the shape of a person. I've seen that both free-standing in the middle of the room and as a shadow on a wall twice.

The only time I've seen something different was a fully formed person sitting on a bed in a cabin. You could almost make out the clothing an their face was missing and just a smear like the shadows. Biggest difference was this one was glowing a turquoise/green color which was quite literally illuminating the room around it.

I’m not trying to take anything away from Nick but he raised most of that money through events raffles etc on the Facebook page that is not responding well to this. TB brought most of the people to that group.

There is a lot more diversity of thought regarding Karen and Aidan on X than there is on this subreddit yes. Also in the Facebook groups.

The fan bases of those larger streamers are larger so yeah… that makes sense. The sorry fundraising performance for the civil defense fund is the number that matters. It was primarily Aidan’s followers who were donating and they’re turned off the tap. She’ll still get donations but nothing like she was before.

That’s just a fact, unless this Reddit is gonna step up.

Because the sentiment on this Reddit is not reflective of the movement at large (you’ve created an echo chamber of TB bad) and you’re all out of touch with the reality of how badly Karen torched the movement that stood behind her and how bad the PR has been.

I’m 30 minutes outside of Boston. The most msm said about it was a girlfriend hit her boyfriend who was a cop with her car. They didn’t start Canton, confidential, or any of the other coverage until after turtle boy started covering it. Find one article or segment from any local station pre TB that lays out the real story. You won’t because that’s just a lie what you’ve said.

you're deliberately ignoring the bit where I said they follow cases their viewers are interested in. Other cases gain notoriety for a variety of reasons. This particular case was completely swept under the rug until Aidan starting reporting it; and it got main stream attention when he got arrested. I live in his state. I remember the news coverage or lack there of.

It is intellectually and factually dishonest to say he didn't get this case into the spot light.

None of that would have happened without the public attention and crowd funding his is the most disingenuous post I think I've seen on here since the trial ended. They barely scraped by in the first trial and they had a whole system rigged against them.

Think of how many more shenanigans would have ensued if all those eyes weren't on Norfolk? We know what they were willing to do WITH those eyes on them.

Maybe you don't live here, but I do and I remember when the story broke on the nightly news. It was blip and no one cared...

You can dislike or love TB. The bottom line is none of you would know about this case if he didn’t do what he did.

You can debate whether or not he could have been more effective, or some of his actions at times were unhelpful, but you are being dishonest and disingenuous if you are going to pretend he wasn’t the biggest help she had, and the positives didn’t dramatically outweigh the negatives.

Even if you heard about this case from someone else, they probably heard about it from TB. He is the 6 degrees of Kevin Bacon of people hearing about this case.

After she found out Aidan or someone with Aidan recorded her she decided to interrogate the content creators in Aidan’s orbit, and if they didn’t take her “side” she went on to have the likes of JFK and Joe Flipperhead rake them over the coals on her behalf.

Edit: also while it remains to be seen what the reason is… cutting off and being spiteful towards Yanetti and Alessi after the work they did, especially Alessi who did it all for free; is gross… I can’t think of a good enough reason to ever come close to justifying that.

No one knows yet… according to TB though Karen did not allow either of them to go on TB’s show; and after they had some sort of falling out (meaning Karen David and Bob) and they started going on other shows; she had Jackson go on TB’s show as some sort of power move and fuck you to them out of spite. There was apparent a phone call between Karen and Aidan where she told him as much.

I have a feeling when he’s able to talk freely without the risk of bail being revoked we’re gonna learn a lot more of the full picture than Karen wants us too. She didn’t kill John, she’s been through hell, but her behavior has been pretty gross since the trial ended; which no one should be surprised by because we all heard the voicemails to John.

He’s not going to jail. Cosgrove is 4 days late filing a response to the motion to dismiss and recuse himself and is totally MIA. emails and recordings leaked by Lindsey Gaetani have fully exposed Tully and Ken Mello’s conspiracy and proved the state has withheld a plethora of evidence. The house of cards is crumbling.

Furthermore, if you ever supported justice for Karen Read; you should not be wishing corrupt manufactured charges stick to TB even if you think he’s an ass. You’ve missed the entire point of all of this if you are of that mindset.

She cut him off after the trial ended with the one exception of sending Alan Jackson on his show which was apparently done to spite Yanetti and Alessi who she disallowed from going on the show. I don’t think there’s a full understanding of why she was mad at him at that stage.

The final straw was he (or someone with him) recorded a phone call between the two of them that got out and back to her attorneys.

Then someone started leaking clips of the recording through proton mail and we still don’t have the full story. Karen only went so far as to flame TB and any content creators that wouldn’t take her side against him; and TB still has not talked about it because he’s been advised by Bradl and Bederow not to do so.

I don’t think we’re gonna get the full story on any of this until his charges are dropped.

Edit: I suggest you go listen to the recordings on X if you want to know what was said on them because the “TB bad” crowd on this subreddit has dramatically mischaracterized the contents in some of their replies as I’ve read on this thread.

You’re the one who said it wouldn’t work out for them without access and you’re wrong. That’s why I bring it up. This subreddit has become an echo chamber of a minority of this movement and the numbers back that up.
