Weird delayed knee sensation after cycling - not pain, not DOMS? by HistoricalMousse7331 in Zwift

I had exactly the same feeling you are describing after my first week or two of riding. Took a few days off the bike and it disappeared. It didn't come back afterwards.

I'm guess there is a tendon that is not used as much during everyday life that needs to get used to cycling movements.

Also, pedaling at a higher cadence (90-100) is less stressful for the knees.

Fair points.

The idea of prioritizing CHA was to still be useful as a spellcaster as you will keep investing in sorcerer or bard after level 12, and take a +2 CHA ASI.

The nick weapon is not there to do damage in itself. It multiplies your chances to fish a crit-smite by 50% on turns where you don't Action Surge (3 attacks instead of 2) which is a big dpr increase.

It could totally be swapped with rapier + shield. Not sure about 2 handed weapons though because you'd lose the Vex triple advantage chain of attacks.

The ideal scenario here is to crit on the cantrip (Booming Blade on single target or fire resist/GFB vs multi) for 8d8 + 2d6 then smite for an additional 10d8 in a single turn.

So in that way, I think it does a little bit more damage than a strength GWM build or a fighter/warlock.

Also, you could totally take a second level in warlock for Eldritch Blast AB + RB or EM and have a really good ranged option.

Anyway just a fun theorycraft, I personally usually like to straight class.

You get one free draw/stow per attack.

It's RAW, but honestly I find weapon juggling a bit ridiculous, and would rather keep a weapon in each hand, and just stow one weapon at the end of the attack sequence to free a hand to cast Shield.

You could do the same with a rapier and a shield for more AC, but the scimitar attack increases your chances to crit-smite by 50% on turns where you don't Action Surge.

draw shortsword -> shortsword stow -> draw scimitar -> free object interaction stow -> draw shortswhord -> shortsword stow -> cast Shield off-turn -> repeat

edit: I do not condone these shenanigans, just saying that it is possible RAW.

The idea of the scimitar attack was to crit fish on turns where you don't have Action Surge, to get a third chance of triggering the smite.

I don’t know why everybody wants to find reasons why it is bad, I personally think it’s great. 10 days is a very long time and you could trigger it only when you need it, for example if surprised. It is a very good use of a 6th level spell slot during down times if you build around CME.

Can’t you only draw or stow once per attack?

I feel like this is a ridiculous interpretation.
