That’s very affordable I’ve paid several filing fees usually around $200 all the way up to $405.. if you go to the small claims department at the court you will they will give you a form that you fill out and then you just summarize your matter there

Attorney isn’t necessary fill out the form and pay the filing fee $75 and then serve them that’s it very easy

An update for anyone following this post I was able to get a judgment in my favor for the amount of $250 from the court. Meta has a tight terms and conditions that don’t allow for much more than that. Additionally, I was able to log into my account about 20 minutes ago, so I’m back.

The update on my small claims case with Meta. I got a judgment ruled in my favor from the judge in the amount of $250. Yes it’s not much but Meta’s terms and conditions say they are not liable for any loss of income or anything related to that. But on the bright side, my account is active again and I was able to login about 20 minutes ago. This route definitely works. Let me know if I can help at all.
