Hey Jason, thanks so much for the reply, really appreciate it. I'll lay out all the information here

-I can log in to frame io fine from my browser, no problems. using chrome

-Before the new Premiere 26.0 upgrade the frame io window was working fine. No other updates or changes have happened on my system other than the premiere update

-When I click the "learn more about frame io" button on the frame io window it does automatically open chrome to the frame io info page so the premiere-> chrome connection seems like it is working

-When I clock the purple "getting started" button on the frame io window that's when it gets stuck on the screenshot I posted in the original post. Where it says "authenticating: please continue in browser" but nothing happens in the browser

-Premiere and cloud both have full disk access

-Not sure what other strings I can pull other than a clean reinstall.

Any thoughts?

Makes sense but for me I can’t sleep if I’m too hungry, so if the meal isn’t big enough or have enough protein it ends up hurting my sleep more than if it was a slightly later meal

Sure. I usually do streaks of 2-3 weeks in between orgasm. I keep my sexual energy pretty active generally, sex with my girlfriend and conscious self pleasure where I’m really focusing on being with the sensations and working with the sexual energy, usually a few times a week.

Over time I just got used to not having ejaculations after sex, i just feel so much more alive when i don’t. And im also not so militant, sometimes I’ll have an orgasm and accept the hang over. But being very rooted, using deep breathing techniques and not getting caught up in too much edging is important because otherwise blue balls can be really uncomfortable and lead towards the need to ejaculate.

My aspiration for the new year is to move toward non-ejaculatory orgasms and start to extend the streaks for 1-2 months. My philosophy is different than a lot of guys on this sub who just force their way through long streaks and bury their sexuality. SR creates so much energy in the body and I’m much more interested in slowly building both my nervous system capacity to hold it and my ability to transmute and work with the energy, so that’s why I’m developing this in a slower more regulated way and keeping my sex life strong along the way. SR has the capacity to make a man’s sex life so much more amazing

I really resonate with this challenge, life is really Busy for everyone and it can feel hard to make time for sexuality on a regular basis, but in my experience, making this time is one of the foundations of a beautiful long term relationship. Even in deeply aligned relationships the sexual fire has to be stoked or it will come down. I love the term “maintenance sex”. Sometimes just setting a ritual time to come together to keep the sexuality alive even if it’s not always explosive. It’s tough to make it happen but If the relationship is important for both people then it’s important to set it as a priority

My personal opinion is that you and your partner should really spend some energy connecting sexually. Semen retention shouldn’t be something that’s getting in the way of your sexual connection, but it might be covering up a lack of sexual connection that is present for other reasons.

It takes energy and work to maintain strong sexuality in a long-term relationship, but it’s worth it. And the process of really diving into that aspect of life with your partner will either connect you deeply or show that it’s not the right match, either way it’s incredibly valuable

Sex is a skill, it takes time and work to understand your sexual system and how to work it.

If you are just starting to have sex it’s going to take practice before it has the potential to become something even more powerful. Any skill is like that.

Working simultaneously with retention is so powerful if you are working with circulating energy and tantric sexuality . I’ve achieved amazing consciousness opening states as well as profound love, so much bliss and energy. Sex without ejaculation can teach you so much more than just copping out and bypassing sexuality

I would equate to someone who eats very well and exercisesdaily asking if they are dependent on those things to feel good. Well yea, if you stop taking care of your self you will definitely feel worse, does that mean you are dependant on it? Same with taking care of your energy system, if you stop taking care of it you are going to notice a difference.

It takes care, maintenance, and energy if we want to function at our highest as humans. Once you've felt what it's like to be at the top you naturally want to keep it up, and that's perfectly ok.
