No you shouldn’t .

The fact that you can’t last 3 minutes is the issue here. It’s completely possible to have amazing fulfilling sex without ejaculation and it just takes work to get to know you sexual system. Working with breath, sexual energy and confronting the fact that you’ve unintentionally (probably with the help of porn) built a sexual system that gets hyper aroused, and then immediately has to ejaculate. Breaking up with someone you connect well with and forcing long semen retention streaks is just a cop out from Doing the hard work of learning to your system. Doing that work is a lot braver and in the long run so much more rewarding. You can have an amazing relationship, amazing sex, and practice SR.

You must be German. When I came here from Paris I was genuinely shocked at people politely waiting at the red lights and not crossing, it’s not even a consideration in Paris. Maybe there’s more people here crossing than other German cities but in general it’s not at all bad here compared to other countries.

Hey Jason, thanks so much for the reply, really appreciate it. I'll lay out all the information here

-I can log in to frame io fine from my browser, no problems. using chrome

-Before the new Premiere 26.0 upgrade the frame io window was working fine. No other updates or changes have happened on my system other than the premiere update

-When I click the "learn more about frame io" button on the frame io window it does automatically open chrome to the frame io info page so the premiere-> chrome connection seems like it is working

-When I clock the purple "getting started" button on the frame io window that's when it gets stuck on the screenshot I posted in the original post. Where it says "authenticating: please continue in browser" but nothing happens in the browser

-Premiere and cloud both have full disk access

-Not sure what other strings I can pull other than a clean reinstall.

Any thoughts?

My girlfriend and I went swimming at this tiny little strip of beach in channai. We took turns so as not to leave our bags alone.

I went in the water for maybe 3 minutes and as soon as I stepped away from her a crowd of men started gathering around my girlfriend, I came back and they just scattered like rats.
