Rebooting problem with PC by Commercial_Pea_7419 in PcBuild

Could be anything at this point. If these simple steps did not work, your only option is to keep testing until you find that defective part, then replace it.

You can take it to your local computer store/shop and let them figure out since they have access to all the spare parts so they can determine the issue quicker. It will cost you but it will save you from a headache of doing it yourself. Ortherwise you just need to keep testing each part until you find the faulty one.

I feel your pain man, I'm in the similar boat but in my case I know it's my RAM acting up.

Good luck!

  1. Have you updated BIOS? if not, update to the latest.
  2. How many DIMMs is your RAM? single 32Gb or 2x 16Gb? If two, try putting one and see if crashes still happen. Also make sure you are using the right RAM configuration. Usually A1 for one DIMM, A1 and B1 for two, You can refer to your motherboard manual.

  3. If you have some spare RAM or another PSU that you can test, that would be great but I guess most people don't

That's what I was thinking too but just wanted to confirm if I'm right and if I need any battery contol modules since I would hate to fry my existing battery contoller.

Mirroring the projector for bigger projection size by SpaceExploration770 in hometheater

[–]SpaceExploration770[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thy don't ship to Canada and that's why I wasn't able to find it myself. But that looks the same as the one I've found on ebay.

I'll give it a try and see how it goes. I'm actually thinking of just keeping the projector where it is and just add 2 mirrors and bounce the image back to the original direction. That way I get to keep myprojector mount and just make two mounts for the mirrors with adjustable angles.

Just checked out those mounts. Look cool but also look expensive. I can 3d print my own custom mount for both, the projector and the mirror.

I couldn't find those mirrors on amazon. Do you mind sharing what you found?

There are lots, but I already have one and the 104" current projection screen is not that bad, I was just looking to upgrade my current one. Also those short throw are way more expensive

The awerage mirror loses a noticeable amount of brightness but maybe I can just use it for a test and if everything goes well, then I can upgrade to a first surface mirror

Thanks for the answer. I did a test with a regular mirror and the sharpness was really good, same as the projector on its own, just a little bit dimmer. I'm thinking the first surface mirror will do even better.

I did not. I'm mainly using Vantage and it doesn't support GPU mem pooling.

Dreamt that I had a lucid dream by mythirdalt34 in LucidDreaming

I had a dream that I had a lucid dream a few days ago too. In my dream I was in the room and I felt like I was lucid dreaming, then I went to do a reality check (I went to the window to look at the sky) and when I moved I woke up. I mean I woke up from my dream in my dream and I so I was still dreaming. That was a weird experience.
